The event is currently planned for W Fort Lauderdale. If necessary, the venue may be changed to another comparable location within the Fort Lauderdale or nearby South Florida area. Registered guests will be notified in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reservations canceled on or before November 29, 2026 will receive a full refund.Beginning November 30, 2026, all reservations are final and non-refundable, as venue, hospitality, staffing, insurance, and other event costs will be confirmed based on final attendance.If W Creative Inc. cancels the event, registered guests will receive a full refund.

All W Creative Inc. in-person events are planned with appropriate event insurance coverage and professional risk-management procedures in place.
